Seek professional advice from a registered practitioner in your jurisdiction. Seriously dude.

appoint a

good advocate on this job
you can try . since one of the sign is forged the whole doccument is not valid. so you can seek help from higher court. but if you are any way related to the loan or if sefsi act has been brought in then it is better go ged some real help before proceeding.
The crime was committed by the person that forged the check. The check is not valid unless it is signed by the entire group. Under the conditions of our agreement with the bank no check or contract is valid without the expressed written or verbal consent of the entire group or tribunal.

You can argue anything. But the fact of forgery in respect of one guarantor does not, by itself. void the guarantee of the others. It may put into question whether others also were forged; and it might be argued by subsequent guarantors that their guarantees relied on the forged one -- given that they subjected themselves (most likely) to joint and several liability.
YOU NEED EXPERTS ADVICE.
Leave the country?
Not sure you can really ague that ... you need to hire a professional lawyer.
