I need some legal advice, can you help me?

On October 12th 2007 my then 3 yr. old daughter, was in a car accident in which the babysitter put her in her [the babysitters] car with no car seat. She was in shock drama for 3 days with a broken pelvic bone and internal bleeding in the abdomen area. I then filed a claim with a popular law firm in Baltimore, Maryland. I got assigned to a certain lawyer which was fine in the beginning but here it is much later and he can't even be professional and answer my calls. I have called many other lawyers for a free consultation in which they all told me I definitely had a case so I know it's not because he couldn't help me. He sent me a letter 2 months ago saying he was going to contact me within 10 days to discuss arbitration for my case. He never called and I have left numerous messages with him and his secretary. Another fact is I took a loan out for $1,500 dollars around Thanksgiving time, November 6, 2008, because money was tight. I signed a document saying I would pay the loan plus interest back which I hesitated but I felt it was necessary so my children would have a good Christmas. I believe he is ignoring me so I will have to pay back ten fold on the loan I borrowed. It's like every 30 days I have to pay $210 in interest. Everyone I have discussed this with told me to sue him. I was wondering, is that is even possible? If he keeps waiting I will probably owe him more for the loan I took from him than I will get back for the settlement for my daughter. Other than reporting him to the Better Business Bureau is there anything I can do legally to get the ball rolling?I need some legal advice, can you help me?
Call you state Bar. They license and control the actions of lawyers. Call the attorney and tell the secretary that you are going to call the State Bar. If no response, then file a complaint.I need some legal advice, can you help me?
Sometimes just look in the lawyer section of the big city yellow pages and think about it, couple of inches of leeches in that section and none have a job, wonder why?
it will cost you a lot of money to sue him, but instead of just calling, definitely go to his office and demand to speak with him! He is totally screwing you!
A lwasuit could take years and years. It sounds like u took out a payday loan/check loan which is 200-400% interest....And then used it on frivolous stuff ( little kids dont need a ';good'; xmas, they need love)for Christmas instead of paying bills since money was tight, this isnt a good scenerio. I would find another lawyer, start proceedings again, and see if the new lawyer can cancel the previous lawyer.
