Divorce Help or Legal Advice Needed?

I am married to a Singaporean, marriage registered in Malaysia about 4 yrs ago. Staying in Singapore since marriage. No kids. Husband simply wants a divorce, refuses counseling or any reconciliation to save marriage. He says we are 'not compatible'. Refuses to talk to me at all the last 4 months. No 3rd party interference, no desertion, no violent behavior ... what options do I have? Is his 'not compatible' reason considered as one of the reasons in section 95(3) (a ) to (e) of the Woman's Charter to justify a divorce? I wish to save the marriage but he is not moving an inch.
