I need some legal advice my grandmother has recently been stricken very ill and placed in a hospital?

I live in on the east coast she lives on the west.After hearing this I have came to the west coast to take over her financial obligations and have found that she was recently ';married'; to a 25 year old Egyptian immigrant I have never met or heard of. She is 85.He since had put the house up for sale and forbid me to enter.I was wondering how i can find out if he is A.) If he is a legal citizen and B.) Find out if they are legal married.I am in Los Angeles California wheres she lives in a hotel lost at how to handle this any help would be good. You can't do this one on your own,you most definitely need an attorney. He has to prove that the ';marriage'; is a fraud first and foremost. Anyone should be able to see that this marriage was a scam on the part of her ';husband';. It irritates me to no end when elderly people are taken advantage of like in this situation. He certainly only married her for his benefit.
