I need real legal advice. I live near Dayton, Ohio.?

I missed a lot of my junior year in high school with noneppileptic seizures. I am now back for my senior year and doing much better. I recently found out that my teacher I spend three hours a day with seems to think the seizures are funny and he makes a ton of jokes when Im not there. He recently made a joke to my face though and I didnt know what to do. I was extremely angry. I guess he laughs about me being in a ball in the floor having a seizure...I showed him a video of one of the seizures last year. Is there any legal action I can take against him or the school? If I were try to sue what would it be considered? Harassment?I need real legal advice. I live near Dayton, Ohio.?

We all know your situation was not a funny one. You could ask an attorney about that, give them a call and ask if they will take your case. Remember that you'd have to pay them and the court filing fee so be sure they think you could win before you extend yourself that far.

I would see that as being disability discrimination and would definitely speak to a lawyer in your area.

Unprofessional? Yes absolutely. Basis for a law suit? No.





Report him to his superiors, and let them handle it, go as high up the chain of command that you need to.





Assuming you are a minor, you need to get your parents involved.
