I need a legal advice for my question?

Hi,

My friend is going to buy a house. Now the property owner is one lady(A). Her husband(B) is no more now. This property is her husband brother鈥檚(C) property. But her husband brother(C) gave the power of attorney to her husband(B). He(B) sold the property to her(A) and he registered the sale deal also. Now the document says she(A) is the only owner for that property. She (A) is second wife for that man(B). The man鈥檚(B) first wife daughter(D) asking that she(D) is having share of that property.

1. Is that man鈥檚 first wife daughter having share from this property.

2. It is possible to sale the property using power of attorney.

I need a legal advice for my question?
The registration of the sale deed of the immovable property decide the title of the property which in this case stand in the name of (A) the second wife of (B) who got this property registered in her name that was sold by (C) to her through (B) by way of a power of attorney. The daughter (D) of the first wife of (B) has no right to challenge %26amp; claim right over this property as firstly is the property owned by (C) brother of (B) as his self acquired property that was sold to (A) which became her self acquired property in both cases this man (B) had no share or right over this property being a brother of (C) or husband of (A) till either of them were alive, in this case neither of them died but only (B) died leaving behind his second wife (A) %26amp; daughter of first wife (D) his legal heir to claim his property but in this case the property in question is not his property but property of his wife (A) that became her property before his death itself.I need a legal advice for my question?
you make no sense.

(A) contradicts (c)

(B) has no status; he's dead

What document? If there is a deed into A, only A has anything to do with a sale or proceedes.

IF he died in posession of the property it's up to his will or his state's intestate probate and (a) doesn't own anyting till probate clears.

Simple answer; Look for a house with live owners and a clear title
