a family member recently was diagnosed with diabetes and high cholestorol, on top of that he had a heart attack some time in the past that he did not know of, his arteries are clogged and his heart is scared from the attack. he has been working for this same man for about 20 years doing labor work, all this time he thought he had insurance through his job, and when he was addmitted into the hospital he found out he didnt actually have it. his boss has been paying for the hospital and clinic services so far but insists on doing things his way and is trying to get out of paying. what options does he have to get help?I need some legal advice?
What makes him think he had insurance? Anything in writing.......can he prove his boss mislead him.......he has to prove fraud against his boss............I need some legal advice?
