Police misconduct and legal advice?

If you have been harrassed by law enforcement and have a good law suit on false arrest, illegal search and seizure, theift of meds, medical abuse while in their care and much more but cant find a lawyer to take the case without lots of money then what would you do first?

I have tried to call the news stations but was told by two ex-police officers that the news station around here works for this parish and maybe thats why i cant get them to responde to me...Now i want to try and get people to help me protest @ the court house but dont know how to get a permit, can someone give me some legal advice on what to do?

Thank you!!Police misconduct and legal advice?
I would begin with a thoroughly intelligent and point by point illegality in a letter of misconduct to the chief of police with a copy to your mayor. Inform them of what went wrong, why %26amp; how you expect it to be corrected. They should respond as to all the points where they disagree with your assessment of situation %26amp; why and/or let you know what will be corrected.

Then there is letter to the editor of local newspaper. Not always a sure thing they will print it, but maybe.

Just be VERY sure that you are 100% straight on your claims b/c once written for the public, if wrong, then you are setting yourself up for a case of libel.

I am thinking that if an attorney has not taken the case then you may not be standing on such solid ground as you may believe.

But you can always search for the 800# to the ACLU %26amp; ask them if you have a case. If it's really that good, they should handle it for free.
