I need some legal advice about liability...?

My wife and I are teaming up with another couple (both couples have a single child) to have a nanny watch over our children in each of our houses. The plan is to have the nanny alternate weeks where for a full week, she takes care of both children at one couple's house, and the following week at the other couple's house.

We want to limit each couple's liability if something happened to the child in the house that he/she did not live.

In other words, if the child of the other couple got hurt in our house while the nanny was watching her, what type of agreement would we need to limit the liability?I need some legal advice about liability...?
You probably can't since it would not be in the best interest of the children and therefore against public policy.I need some legal advice about liability...?
It is unlikely that you can draft anything that will do away with all liability. You may not think the other couple would stretch to cast some situation as malicious or grossly neglectful. Liability insurance is the cheapest form of insurance around, and it's relatively cheap to boost the amount to truly large amounts, such as $1M.
Check your home owners insurance, you may be covered. If you don't own the house I suggest you get liability insurance. better to be safe than sorry.
