Sexual interference Legal Advice?

im a 17 yr old male who already had 3 counts of sexual interference.


me and my gf who i found out 2 weeks ago is only 13 and knowing that information still proceeded to date her and continue with the sexual activity's i turned my self into my probations oficer and was charged today with breach of probation i have yet to find out whats happending with that i may also be charged for sexual interference with my girl friend. i was 100% complient with the 2 police oficers today and i was let lose i was told to make sure the police can contact me via cell phone or other ways i was also told not to contact the ';victim'; or family untell this situation is resolved. i would like to ask what i may be looking at i have 3 athority figures holding me up because im really not a trouble person and they know i never did the 3 counts before.Sexual interference Legal Advice?

idk man. that a tough position to be in. a lot of it has to do with the judge and the community you're in. I don't know much abnout canadian law, but i know that it isn't too different from the US. My buddy in Alabama got in trouble when he turned 18 because he was sleeping with a girl who was 15. He was told if he would have been charge in the county he lived in the judge would have given him a slap on the wrist because it was mainly her parents pressing the issue not her. but he was charged in her county and the judge wa all fire and brimstone, and he wa on probation for 2 years, had to take regualr drug test, even though he had ko record in that department, and all sorts of things. so it just depends on your area.
