I need legal advice I was wrongfully terminated from my job ?

i was wrongfully terminated from my job. I missed 2 days at work due to illness and medication the doctor put me on. The doctor wrote a not to excuse me for two day for observation. I brought in a doctors note in and and was called in to the office after 20 minutes of working and was terminated due to the fact that i missed 2 days. I live in Las Vegas and know its a right to work state but i dont fell like i should have been fired can anyone help me with some legal advice? PLEASE help meI need legal advice I was wrongfully terminated from my job ?
sorry but Dr.s don't pay your salary the employer does, employers are under no obligation legally to keep you on, if you are not there then you run the risk of being terminatedI need legal advice I was wrongfully terminated from my job ?
Sorry to tell you that doctor's note do not excuse the fact that you were not at work. Question though





Did you call your employer to tell them that you were sick or did not call at all?





If you did not call then its consider a no call no show on your part regardless of the excuse that you may have. perfectly legal





How long have you been there for?





If its less then 31 -90 days then its the probationary period and they can terminate you because you missed days on your probationary period. perfectly legal.
