I need legal advice...my husband was wrongfully convicted and DID NOt get a fair trial?

My husnabd was convicted yesterday of aggravated robbery in delaware county ohio. The witness and victim could not ID him (because he was not there) and the victim stated no threat or weapon was shown. I was told even from the sheriff deputies that sat in during the trial that it was bullshit and would be dropped. Then yesterday the jury comes back with a guilty charge even going as far as saying they DID think he had a gun. We have been told in delaware he would not get a fair trial because everyone knows everyone and even his public defender told him he couldnt go hard on his case because he didnt want to be discredited. HELP!! What can I do where can I start. Please I am desperate. He is NOT guilty and wasnt even there. Delaware county has gone to far with this. Please anyone with any REAl legal advice or knows what I should do please help. We have 3 kids and he is a good person not a crimminal.

Thank youI need legal advice...my husband was wrongfully convicted and DID NOt get a fair trial?
Beg, borrow or steal you need a good attorneyI need legal advice...my husband was wrongfully convicted and DID NOt get a fair trial?
wow. that is terrible! somebody help them!
The prosecution convinced 12 people that he was guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. That is a heavy burden to bear. You can't do anything. If his attorney feels there is something wrong, he will have to live with the legal system to do it.
He can appeal. That's it. The prosecution met their burden and the jury believed it. Unless you can either definitively prove that your husband did not commit the crime, or show some fraud or inappropriate action on the part of the prosecution, the chances of getting a jury's verdict overturned are pretty small.
Appeal The Conviction ..

And With A Case

This Serious Why

The F*** Did You Keep

The Public Defender

This Time Hire A Real Attorney

FOR YOUR HUSBANDS SAKE
Insufficient data. What evidence was there? Why did the prosecution prosecute him?

You have to hire a lawyer to do an appeal.
Nobody here is going to be able to help you. You need a lawyer. Your husband could possibly appeal his conviction but he's going to need a good criminal defense attorney to do it. I hope you have a lot of money sitting around....
You need a lawyer to answer that question. You cannot, in general, overturn a jury verdict unless the lawyer can find some reason in law why the verdict was incorrect. That means an error on the part of the judge allowing certain evidence, or an error in instructing the jury, or incompetent representation, etc. You can't appeal just because you don't LIKE the result.

But any decent lawyer can find some grounds for appeal, no matter how flimsy. We cannot, since we didn't sit in the courtroom.
Unfortunately no one on here is going to be able to help you.

Talk to the lawyer, if he had one, about appeals.
